Presented by Commonwealth Games Representative, physiotherapist and weightlifting coach, Phillip Liao, this course has been designed to introduce you to the basics of Olympic Weightlifting. Due to his experience as a physiotherapist and coach, Phil has designed this course to include detailed pre-movement screens, followed by coaching you through the step-by-step breakdown of the snatch, clean, and jerk. By the end of the course, you will understand how to perform the snatch, clean and jerk.
This is a prerequisite for Olympic Weightlifting Level 2.
